I like Holden too, but Commie can help on the PK and bring some grit on those nights where the goaltending isn't as good. I am hoping he can help us avoid games like the Calgary and Colorado where we get blown to shit.

If he can do those things, I'm all for him staying. He looked better before he got hurt, but last season was a disaster for him. If he plays like he did last year... time for Holden. He's young and showed a lot of promise.

Jackets up 2-1 with 7 left in the 2nd. All over the Wild in the 2nd period. I love the effort the team is showing right now. CBJ have had a half dozen good scoring chances in the period, but have only capitalized on 1. Nasher with 1 in the first, Wilson with another here in the 2nd.

All the lines are looking pretty darn good right now.

St. Louis comes to Nationwide on a 7-game win streak. CBJ lead 3-0 after the first. :banger:

Voracek with the first, Boll with a fluky 2nd off Halak's skate, and Nasher with the 3rd off a beautiful feed from Brassard behind the net.

I've managed to miss all three goals. :lol:

Hadn't turned it on yet for the first, turned off the tv to quiz my niece on her spelling words for the 2nd, and looked away from the feed to tighten her roller skates on the 3rd.
