Columbus Blue Jackets (Official Thread)

What a game! Amazing that they looked like crap even-up, but every time somebody went to the sin bin and they were down 5-4 they looked like world beaters. It says something when the CBJ can play poorly and still win against a good team like Chicago.

These last two weeks have been something!

It looks like a safe bet they are in the playoffs. Now it's about seeding. /jinx

It'd be nice for them to get that 5 spot and face Chicago, but VAN has 3 points AND 2 games on the Jackets right now. They would need a really strong finish.

3 games against St. Louis helps. I can see 10-11 points easily and 12-13 as likely in their final 11 games. It's not that tough as long as they keep up the way they've been playing.

Exactly my thought after the game. Mason gave up a couple of so-so goals, getting beat short-side. The defensive coverage down low was off, took way too many penalties (Boll for diving = :tic:) and still got the win.
