Here's the flaw in Penn State fans arguing "we have the head to head over Ohio state" : scUM has the head to head over them! So if we're going to play by their asinine rules, the ranking should go: scUM, PSU, OSU... oh wait, but OSU beat scUM so that's not possible either... hmmm how about we start with overall W-L and go from there!

Final Top 6 (baring no upsets this weekend & a PSU win):

1. Bama
2. Washington (Colorado is a really good win & they are conference champs)
3. OSU (11-1, 4-1 vs Top 25/ 3-1 vs Top 10)
4. Clemson (beating Ava Tech won't move them up at all but their record & being a conference champ keeps them in)

5. PSU (conference champs but you should have beaten Pitt)
6. OU (nice try on playing extra game, but it still isn't a conference championship game)

CU is now primed to jump into position if they win. but they won't jump because ONLY h2h matters now, not one more game or a conf. championship. nope.

Top 4 looks solid to me. Orange bowl rematch would be nice to see. Also getting Bama on a week of prep compared to giving Saban a few weeks to prepare. Also think Chris Peterson could come up with a great game plan with a few weeks to prepare.

We're in. I did float the cautionary expectation that if they slid us down this week to be prepared to get fucked if the BTCG winner won skrong. That they kept us at 2 pretty much assures we're in. Honestly, after listening to a whole lot of fucking shit when the Big Ten was down, I'd love to get two in (provided it's Wiscy and not ped or tsun) and give the rest of the country both barrels like Marcus Fucking Hall! :groove: Plus, I think Wiscy could really wear Bama down physically; whereas, Saban would just plunger the fuck out of the pedsters.

Who knows what those people are going to do? Tsun lost to Iowa and did not drop out of the top, did they? Where was that kind of charity last year after the MSU game? They don't seem to be playing by the same set of rules that they've applied in the past.
