I think it is a pipe dream, too, but Dungy is an alum who has always said favorable things about the U when discussing it. That being said in my 7 years here I have never heard Dungy say he is interested in the position.

The AD should look at what happened with the basketball team to recognize what can be done here.

Following that lead it would only make sense to go after Mike Leach.

He's also a once prosperous coach, dismissed due to policy discrepancies and stuck in a division where the top is much further from the bottom than what they were previously used to. It's working out pretty well on the hoops side. An above average football coach could start going to bowls within the first couple of years with the way the dominoes are falling up there.
