There was some talk on the "streets" last night about Kip playing CF when he comes back. CF, hell he barely had enough range to cover the 2nd base position. As far as I am concerned, Kippy can stay on the IR for the rest of the season and possibly more.

Not sure about Brantley but I did read that they are thinking about moving him to first base next season if Carlos wants too much money. If he can ever get up to walking speed by the end of this season, he might be able to help out because Lonnie's bat has not recovered since his "calf injury". Very similar to Jay Bruce sleeping wrong
