Royals somewhat cooling off. Seem to be on the wrong side of some crooked numbers lately.

I want to say this is where the wheels come off, but every time I start to throw dirt on these shit bags, they seem to pull themselves off the ground and dust themselves off. Like I said when they hammered the Jankees for the first two games of that series after getting spanked by Boston, I give up trying to figure this team out.
It's just been such a frustrating season. While they haven't gone into any serious tailspins to get knocked out of it, they also can't seem to maintain much in the way of positive momentum. Even when they finally got some traction winning 9 straight, the Royals remained almost in lock-step. Then, as the Royals started to cool off, they couldn't take advantage against Boston. Seemed to be heading in the right direction again against the Jankees, then drop the last two of that series. Fuck this team.
