Well J-Ram had a good night. The bats are probably spent for the rest of the month, though.

On a day the bats erupt for 13 runs and 19 hits, Yan Gomes goes 0-5 with 4 whiffs, dropping his average to .074. He had twice as many whiffs TODAY as he has hits this SEASON. At what point do they stop pretending he is still a major league player? Putting him in the lineup essentially shortens each game by 4 outs.
