That may be true, but Edwin not being there is no excuse for Lindor and Ramirez putting together their worst string of ABs combined maybe all season. They have been going up there and pretty much swinging at anything thrown at them. They need to set the tone, they have failed miserably at it.

Also if Edwin cant go, i'd DH Kipnis and play Austin Jackson in CF, would much rather have Ajax out there defensively

Brantley clearly is not up to game speed, DHing him again is basically an assured out.

Lindor and Ramirez really need to pull their heads out of their asses and have some productive ABs in this game for them to have a chance to win.

If encarnacion can go at all without risk of further injury, I'd start him and if he's on 2nd with less than 2 out early, you can just pinch run for him immediately with Brantley. Then put Santana 5th so there are switch hitters both side of him if it comes to that. Most likely you get at least a couple ABs out of him.

We need to score first. If we do that I like our odds and especially if its like a 2 or 3 run HR.

This just doesn't set up any better to fuck with Indian fans... We go up 2-0, came back to win down 5 runs, blow the two game lead, we come home for game 5, and now our ex ace who's a recovering alcoholic is going to put us out of our misery.

Just doesn't set up any better to further screw with us Tribe fans.

Would rather not see Brantley again. Love the guy but he's not going to be up to speed anytime soon. Swinging in quicksand everytime he's been up there.
