Just filed to ESPN: Cavs & Grizzlies are in talks on a deal that would send Marreese Speights & Josh Selby for Jon Leuer. Picks involved
apparently it's memphis sending a pick or two to cleveland. this deal is soley to keep memphis out of the luxury tax.

Now it appears Wayne Ellington is also going to the Cavs, and it might be a 2015 1st round pick, with some protections that will almost certainly revert it to a 2nd rounder.

Speights needed to add depth to the frontcourt with AV out for the season.
Selby plays both guard positions but doubt he contributes much.
Ellington adds a needed 3-pt shooter to this team.
Again very good trade for the Cavs.

Don't be penurious, donate to the BP Spring Dr.
This is a great deal for the Cavs. Speights will help out the frontcourt. Selby will now get a decent chance to get backup pg minutes, Ellington, well, he's worth a shot. Throw in a first rounder most likely in 2015 and it's a great deal.
Nice deal for only giving Leuer and $6 mill.
