Whenever somebody turns the Browns down, I just assume money wasn't the issue. If you're an elite athlete with options... do you really want to hitch your wagon to this franchise? Especially a WR dependent on the Browns' black hole QB sorrow-go-round.
Probably a lot of doubts regardless what the #s are.
