My early thoughts on the Browns' 2018 draft:

Antonio Callaway (WR, Florida, #105 overall)

Selecting Chad Thomas in the third round was silly, but drafting Antonio Callaway at all was downright stupid. His résumé includes allegations of credit card fraud, sexual assault, marijuana use, and a diluted sample at the combine. And to top it off, Callaway apparently doesn't like to put in the work in the film room and the weight room. The Browns have had more than their fair share of cancerous characters in the locker room in recent years, and the product on the field has suffered because of it. Did it really make sense to add another jackass to the mix? A complete waste of a fourth round pick.

LJB, I remembered your post when this story broke yesterday and I was going to be interested in what you were going to say and now I know. However, the one thing that you are leaving out is the fact that he did not have his car for an extended period of time and, in fact, just got it back from Florida where some of his "friends" were using it. Callaway was really coming on in training camp so it is really disappointing that this happened. I just hope that Landry can get him straightened out.

On another note, Thomas has been injured and they are expecting him to be someone of a contributor this season. We shall see.

It was unfathomable that they drafted him. He was "Brownsian" to TRADE UP to draft him. After this draft they need to show substantial improvement or they will continue in the vortex of suck.
