The one thing about the McCarran "deal" that I do not understand is it is my understanding that the Browns sent the official trade paperwork to the Bengals FO but not to the NFL. If I were the Bengals, I would have immediately "helped out" the Browns by filing their paperwork for them.

I mean AJ fucking McCarran for a 2nd round draft choice would be very nice for the Bengals and not so much for the Browns. I mean he might be better than what we have now but he certainly is not the savior that the Browns are looking for so in that regard they did not do the Bengals any favor.

Hue might have wanted McCarran but I do not think he would have helped the Browns anyway so what the hell
