Josh Gordon is back. Hopefully, the Browns will do their due diligence.

Effective immediately, Gordon can begin attending meetings, conditioning and individual workouts. He'll start out on the Commissioner's exempt list pending medical exams and clinical requirements, and will be permitted to practice with the team beginning Nov. 20.

On Nov. 27, the Browns, who are on a bye this week, can either activate him or he can remain on the exempt list for another week. If he's activated right away, he can play in Los Angeles on Dec. 3.

I maintain that neither of those QBs was a miss for Cleveland because either one of them would look like dog shit with the offensive skill Cleveland has.

However, there is certainly a miss that can be pointed to

Joey Fucking Bosa. Unlike a QB, Bosa would have been just fine doing what Joey Bosa does with Cleveland or any other team. Bosa's not reliant on the least talented WR corps in the game like a Cleveland QB is. Bosa doesn't have to hope there's some kind of running game to make the other team play him more honest... nope... Joey Bosa would still be doing Joey Bosa things and maybe, just maybe, those idiots running the show up there would be able to find a direction upon which to build.

Of course, these same idiots traded down from Malik Hooker to get a worse ... much worse version of Malik Hooker, so...

I know we all like Hooker thanks to our scarlet colored glasses, but what did he do this season? All I know is when he was healthy he didn't start against the Browns. That being said Peppers was the turd we thought he was, but neither ended up being good picks this year. I'm sure Hooker is in for better rest of his career, but you can't make that argument right now. Maybe they both turn into NFL turds. Bosa was a miss. Wentz might have been a miss, but he would suck if he was in Cleveland same as every other QB in the NFL. I would honestly rather see them draft all skill players next year and see what Kizer can do with weapons around him. Maybe if they get really lucky Gordon will make it back the last 5 games along with Coleman and Kizer proves that he is worth a look next year with real talent on the outside. I honestly wouldn't even care if Gordon never plays a snap after this season, but if he can come back and be 80-90% of the player he was for 5 games it would help answer some serious QB questions for the Browns.

The Browns full retarded themselves into not making a stupid trade for McCarron, but evidently Hugh Jackson really wanted him and the front office has proven they they can't manage a football team. I don't want a coach who thinks AJ McCarron is worth a 2nd and 3rd round pick or a front office that goes home at 5 the day before the trade deadline and then is too stupid to properly send in the paperwork after they agree on a trade, which means it's time to start over again and let Hugh go back to the Bungles so he can dominate us for the next 10 years.

Hooker was getting an interception every other game while Peppers was getting beat deep every week despite playing 30 yards from the LOS.

Hooker PFF grade: 77.3 (average)
Peppers PFF grade: 37.2 (poor)

Hooker was having a great rookie year. Peppers has been the player most here knew he was.

I never saw stats. Just surprised that he hadn't cracked the starting lineup by game 3. Please don't confuse me as arguing Peppers was a good pick. I've been saying he was a complete turd from the moment we found out they drafted him. Especially after we found out they were going to play him 25 yards off the LoS. When they drafted him I figured they were going to run a bunch of 4-2-5 with Peppers basically playing OLB.

Hooker was also coming off an injury that kept him out most of the offseason. I think it's blatantly obvious no matter what colored glasses you wear who the better pick was.

After watching last nights game between the Bills and Jets and a good deal of games this season, I have really come to understand just how bad this franchise is. If you can't win at least five games in this .500 is a good record league then something is just pitifully wrong with you. I mean from week to week, it is hard to pick straight up who is going to win a good chunk of the games. You never which version of a team is going to show up.

The clowns are truly in rarified air. Years and years and years of high draft picks and they're still bottom of the barrel in a league of overwhelming mediocrity. It defies explanation.
