Cleveland Browns (2016 thread of unrelenting dumpster conflagration)

How is my logic "interesting"...?

He's dealt with an injury all year. One that he has played through which certainly doesn't help with the healing process. I admire his grit but is it something that should be discounted entirely when looking at drafting him #1 overall?!?!

It's interesting that still being productive despite barely being able to walk has somehow become a negative.

Dude was battling a High ankle sprain ... lets not act like was playing with a broken bone in his foot or missing a ligament..

I'd prefer him to deal with a broken bone. High ankle sprain? That shit lasts, especially when you play on it.

As for his production - one monster game against Texas San Antonio on the back half of the schedule. But I'm honestly pretty sure he's sat at least a couple games this year. I'll check the box stats soon.

Well to Hue's credit, his comment was with respect to the drafting of Cody Kessler, which we have seen how that's going . . .
Realized that but here is what he is saying about Griffin after yesterday's debacle
"He had good poise,'' said Jackson. "I didn't feel like it was too big for him. Obviously, there are some plays he'll wish that he had back. That's Robert's [second] game where he's been out there playing in two years. Like I said the other day, if things go great, good. If they don't go as good, that's OK, too. We have to grow from it. He'll continue to get better."

Agree. After Griffen scored an Animal House-esque QBR rating of 0.0 in the first half.

A guy posted this on the Browns free forum and titled it "Haslam Family Reunion"

Plenty of tickets available for Sunday's clash at Buffalo. Prices start at $7.00. :excited:

Saw where tickets for the Cleveland/San Diego game were going for $5 and that was before the Cincinnati game. They would have to pay me big $$ to go to that game on Christmas Eve day.

Yup. Gotta pay me a lot more than $7 to go to that game.
See my post above regarding Cleveland/San Diego game on Christmas Eve day..

That's 2 #NFL suspensions for #Browns players in less than a week, including rookie WR Jordan Payton's PED suspension Friday

This should have been the easiest case any attorney worth his weight in salt.. should have been able to beat this
"Your honor, I submit Exhibit A... it's a print-out of the NFL standings... we are the ONLY team without a win this year... no way is anyone on this team doing PED...
and if we are using something.. I'd like to file a malpractice suit against the manufacturer.. because it obviously does not work"
