Pettine can take some credit for the win yesterday but if Locker had not gotten hurt I think he would be taking a lot out of heat today. For a defensive minded coach, this team is pretty bad defensively.

Yeah, I was surprised that Gilbert didn't even get any snaps from the dime looks. The kid needs some serious attention to his footwork and keys. He was the most impressive athlete at CB in the draft. Shut down DGB in the bowl game.
Was he the most complete CB at the time of the draft? Not really.

I"m all for getting Hughes some snaps. The guy can't play any worse than Rub has. That article mentions a good point - Gipson. He was the one that attacked that ball in single coverage yesterday on the Titans last drive.
If that's completed or a PI is drawn then its a possible GWFG for Tennessee. Like I said, he could be a fringe pro-bowler.
