Classy but very sad... clearly says loyalty doesn't go both ways

It's sad, but it seems like it is motivated by money. If he just wanted to win he'd be going to the Patriots or 49er's. I don't know if the Browns offered him any type of contract, but I'll be interested to hear what he gets from the Cards. Hopefully Josh comes back to Cleveland after he retires.

Cribbs is a class act...as is Dawson and Watson...The one thing I can say about those guys is they were reliable and you knew what you'd get out of them each game...Blue-collar players who played on some horrible teams in Cle.but were loyal and dedicated...

I for one would like to thank them and let it be known I appreciated their efforts for the team and community as well...

Phili has signed Patrick Chung, Kenny Phillips and Cary Williams - pretty clear they are addressing the secondary and not taking Milliner but instead OT most likely.

Have to think it's either Detroit or us for Milliner and with all that the Lions lost on their DL the last few days I'd be surprised if they didn't go with a front 7 player like Ansah/Jones/Jordan. They resigned Houston so CB is not as big a need as the front.

A lot of guys are signing that the Browns (or maybe it was just me) supposedly targeted. Some of the weaker teams are signing some pretty quality players. I just hope that Banner knows what he is doing and that perhaps we can get some CB's or Safeties later when the price goes down. I just hope that the quality does not drop down that greatly.

Also, I am adding more and more that I looks like Harrison will be joining the Browns. I can't say that I like it but if he comes cheap and if he stays healthy for a season I guess I will put up with him.

Am I nervous... hell yes.

Still don't want Harrison. Anyway... Philly held a private workout and interview with Geno Smith.

With all the FA spending on defense and Vick having maybe a season or two at most left in the tank, that could be a very possible pick for them.

Which pretty much clears the way for Jones or Milliner @ #6. Oakland and Detroit almost have to go Dline now. VandenBeast is gone. Avril is gone. If Werner has a good workout (pray he does) then the Browns defense will be filthy next year.

I really hope we sign Fred Davis and Aqib Talib...I see Davis flourishing in this offense and he's a Toledo guy...Also, Talib was born in Cleveland...

I have been a Talib fan since he played for Mark Mangino at Kansas...I was hoping we picked him up before last season when TB cut him...I understand the off field issues for both players but its my hope remaining in free agency along with Geoff Schwartz and Julian Edelman (not sure if Edelman signed anywhere)...

I think this lack of movement is Banner posturing and not caving in to contract demands...

i read somewhere that Banner said the Bryant and Kruger signings would be the biggest splashes the browns would be making in FA

well, neither davis nor talib would get deals as big as kruger or bryant.

of course not but talib is arguably the best corner left on the market and Davis is the best at his position left as well...talib to me would be making another splash if we acquired him
