so the media kept bitching that holmgren wasn't more accessible to them, and he decides to make himself more available and now it's bad that he's doing so.

mkc is certainly a dumb cunt, no doubt about that. i wonder if she still thinks the browns are going to draft blackmon.

She has a Q&A in the PD, and someone (rather snidely) asked her if she still wished they drafted Blackmon after his DUI arrest. She not only deflected it, but basically said she wished they had. Put this way, her legs are I'm sure nicer than Tony Grossi's...which is the only reason she will keep this job.

Throwback time, as the 1974 Browns take on the St. Louis Cardinals. With wide outs like Jubilee Dunbar and Gloster Richardson it's amazing Cleveland didn't fare better.

Watch closely and you'll see one of Dunbar's 6 catches that season and 1 of Richardson's 2 touchdowns. You'll also see an unknown rookie QB named Brian Sipe shaking hands with Don Coryell. Eric Metcalf's dad did some damage as well for the Cards.

These highlight shows were the shit back then. It was usually all you saw of most games. I'm glad some old dude loaded them on youtube.

Browns player Kiante Tripp arrested in Georgia

COLLEGE PARK, Ga. (AP) -- Cleveland Browns defensive tackle Kiante Tripp is in a Georgia jail on a burglary charge.

College Park police spokesman Sgt. Jeff Hightower says Tripp was arrested with two others Sunday afternoon at an apartment in that Atlanta suburb.

The arrest resulted from neighbors calling police to say that armed men were in the apartment. Officers arrived, heard the men through the locked front door, and then caught them fleeing through the back. Hightower says nothing was stolen.

I don't know really anything about this guy's pass catching abilities but with his speed and size if he would last to the fourth round of the supplemental I might take a flyer on him.

Former Baylor WR Josh Gordon will enter the NFL Supplemental Draft, an NFL source confirmed.

Gordon (6-4, 225), who did not play last season after transferring to Utah, is known in scouting circles for his prototype size and athletic ability. Gordon had to sit out last season due to NCAA transfer rules. He was suspended by Baylor for the 2011 season due to violation of team rules.

In his last season at Baylor, Gordon posted 42 receptions for 714 yards (17.0 average) with 7 touchdowns. He?s also capable of returning kicks.

Gordon, who has been clocked in the 40-yard dash at Baylor as low as the 4.3?s, could go as high as the first half of the Supplemental Draft based on his upside and play making ability.

The Supplemental Draft is scheduled to take place on July 12, but the NFL has yet to confirm the date or whether there will actually be a Supplemental Draft. However, some player agents and NFL executives have been told the draft will take place on July 12, according to multiple sources

Just can't quit 'em, eh?

In my defense, this is the first piece of clowns merchandise I've bought in five years...and I like the way the new Nike jerseys look/feel...which is odd, given how they usually fuck things up terribly.

I broke down and bought my first clowns jersey since 2006...#33. Lets hope he recovers from his inevitable ACL injury.

Could you have bought a Weedon jersey so I would have had all my draft bitching would be for a good reason.
