Cleveland Browns (2009 Season)

I think the only person who Mangini is catching offguard by waiting until tomorrow to officially name Brady as the starter is the HC of the Browns. I mean the guy is on life support with the tube being pinched and if he would start Anderson I think the tube would be cut after the game.

I almost just want the season to come to an end and for Lerner to hire a big time football man and put Mangini on I-90E out of town.

Mangini: The personnel decisions will be collaborative. We have a good system in place on the pro side. On the college side we have a lot of experience between the coaches that are here -- guys like Brad Seely, who's been in the league forever -- along with the scouts. I know [owner] Randy [Lerner] is researching it, but to me anyone that comes in here to help us win, help make good decisions and share in the same vision, I'm all for.

Hopefully, he will not be involved in any decision-making after this season. I think this interview must have been very similar to the one he had with Lerner after last season. He might be a good guy but when it comes to football decisions for the Cleveland Browns his good guy image is very tarnished.

No, really. Quinn or DA? I couldn't possibly care less. Neither of them are going to make a difference on this team.
if you are just talking about the QB situation I sort of agree but when it comes to the future of the Cleveland Browns I don't think either one of us is apathetic about that.
