Hester also can't run the Wildcat for shit, whereas Cribbs was a college QB. I understand the arguments against paying him Hester money, but if he was surrounded by a bit more talent so defenses couldn't key in on him all the time, Cribbs might actually earn Hester money. On the flip side, look what happened after guys like Dante Hall got their big paydays as return men/"weapons"...they were never heard from again. Tough call how high to go, but as long as the Wildcat is en vogue, he is valuable.
