Bullpen was bad, but defense was worse. Passed ball by Stephenson costs them 2 runs. Suarez gaffe costs them 2 outs. And even a decent throw from Aquino gets Taylor at the plate. 4 outs given away in the last 2 innings. Pathetic.

not that it mattered in the end but the pitcher not backing up home plate allowed the runner to move up an extra base. but why did Bell pitch to their best hitter with 2 outs and first base open???

If you find yourself A) surprised or B) upset when they spit the inevitable bit, then you really need to ask yourself what you've been watching the past 40 some odd years.

Losing is what they do. It's who they are.
