That sounds nice Nick except your organization absolutely sucks at scouting and developing talent.

So what the hell is he actually saying? Let's get rid of a fan favorite, player who was drafted and developed in our system, in order to try and go scout and develop more players? Sounds like they are the fucking farm system for every other organization in the majors with that thinking. How about keeping and playing those guys that have been developed, eh?
