CFP Semifinal: Washington vs Alabama, Sat 12/31 @ 3p ET, ESPN

After seeing what USC's defense was able to do to the Huskies in Seattle, I don't like their chances at all against Alabama. Maybe UW's defense can make a game of it, but I won't be holding my breath. Tide rolls.

Re: trick plays it's always good not to overthink the process. It's a frickin' college football game so exert your dominance at the line of scrimmage!

If the above tweet is true ...

Washington has already won psychologically.

Watch out where the huskies go,
and don't you eat that yellow snow
Watch out where the huskies go,
and don't you eat that yellow snow

Just keep matriculatin' the ball down the field, boys ...

I'm sure the above tweet is true. Why would you not prepare for every possible option? I would expect nothing less. In my job, I prefer to do the same.

It stands to reason that they guy capable of creating the trick plays in the first place can come up with new ones.

Information bias is where Saban is coming from.

IMO that's exactly what Peterson was hoping they'd do... IMO stop the basics and stop the deep ball. If you stop those you (bama) win the game.

Besides only way the tricks play can determine the game is if the game is close and only way it's close is if they're having success doing the basic things.

Hard to win the game on a double reverse pass if it's 34 to 0 in the fourth quarter. Just Sayin

'bama's excuse two years ago was "they" didn't take Ohio State seriously as "they" were so superior to the Buckeyes in every facet of the game.

Good to know "they" can't use the above excuse anymore. Although, like TTUN, if "they" lose they will easily come up w/some other excuse. It's how the Tide rolls ...

Exactly why they should be worried. They're prone to letting up on proverbial teams they should smash. The longer we go in the break the more I think Washington will find a way.

It won't be a blow out. I think Bama wins but I can't help but like the underdog here
