Moon with another score and a great block on Beasley. Reggie Miller just commented on how great of a game he's having off the bench and I think this is what the Cavs envisioned when they signed him. Lebron just came back in and the bench played very well with him out which is very encouraging given their performance in prior games this year.

The thing is I think Lebron deserves more of his FT's than Wade does. Wade seems to be out of countrol and bailed out by fouls most of the time. If Lebron got all the calls Wade got he would have shot 30+ FT's last night. Winning that game with those refs does show that the Cavs are starting to get in sync. Add to that JJ had the best game of his career and the sky's the limit for this team. Now if Z can just get used to coming off the bench and get his shot back.
If they are truly worried about West flaking out they need to bring in Daniels sooner rather than later. Missing a key guard is hurting the Cavs ability to go small.

absolutely ridiculous officiating.

i love Z getting an offensive board and being pushed out of bounds, then being called for the offensive foul. the phantom hack on the layup has been documented here already.

still my favorite call was wade driving baseline and being cut off by parker. while it should have been a charge, especially with the way the refs were calling charges last night, it was called a block. conceding that, wade dribble the ball off his foot and out of bounds after contact, and they called it a shooting foul. even reggie miller was speechless.

david stern should be embarassed.

Exactly. And if anything, LeBron gets fouled harder. The attitude in the league seems to be that he's so big, strong, under control that it takes a harder foul than most others to be effective. The stuff that makes Wade go down or go flying ten feet face first is the kind of stuff that LeBron plays right through.

I loved watching JJ play last night. I've been a big fan of his from the start. If he can keep this up it makes this a much more complete team.
