Cavs 09-10 Season (official thread)

I'm trying to reserve my excitement for JJ Hickson. If he's still playing this well come the end of December, then I'll start to get enthusiastic.

He could be a huge piece of a dynasty puzzle. That's how important I find him to be. But is this just a temporary thing? We'll see..

I have to give the kid credit. He was 9 for 9 with 21 pts. Most of those came in the first half, but he came up big in the last couple minutes when the Cavs had to hold on for the win. Hopefully some of these injuries will be better tomorrow in Washington.

Anyone else love how well Moon has been playing lately>

Moon and Parker were great signings this summer. Those two and Boobie returning to form are prime reasons the Cavs are leading the league in 3's. You don't need much of an offense when you have Lebron and Shaq drawing doubles and 3 shooters to knock down open shots.

Apparently Brown has forgot that he has JJ Hickson again.

I hate his substitution pattern with LeBron too. He makes some of these games way too difficult by sticking to benching him to start every second and fourth quarter. How about sitting him in the first of third sometimes when you're up big instead of in the fourth quarter when the other team is on a 27-10 run?

Washington deserves to win this one. They're more active and they want it more.

The Cavs look like ass and are doing nothing but standing around looking disengaged and confused - apparently taking after their coach.

Yep. Brown continues to show why it will be hard to win a championship with him at the helm. The man has the intelligence of an inbred bulldog. :shake:
