Cavs can't always count on fourth-quarter rallies

CLEVELAND -- The fourth quarter usually is crunch time in the NBA. Too often this season, it's been try-to-come-from-behind time for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The defending Eastern Conference champs, practicing a dangerous trend of relying on LeBron James for fourth-quarter rallies, have trailed entering the final period in 28 of 37 games. They have won 11 of those.
"Teams come in early with a sense of urgency, and for the most part we don't have that same intensity," guard Damon Jones said. "It doesn't mean that we're not going out and playing hard. But it's like teams ? play a little bit harder than we are."
