The Cavs fucking suck right now. I sure hope Ferry has some changes in mind before the deadline, because this team won't make it out of the opening round of the playoffs. They can't shoot and they are pitiful on the road...bad combination.

I don't know how you come back from 19 down, turn the ball over 28 times, and miss 14 free throws on the road....but the Cavs just did it.
Yeah, quite a suprise. But they should not have to come back against a mediocre team with three new players seeing significant minutes and missing their best player. I guess a 3-4 west coast road trip is decent in retrospect, but this team needs some retooling. The turnovers and going 14-28 from the line is unacceptable.

I guess a win is a win, but not much good can be taken from this game.

2nd half and OT were good enough for the Cavs as they came back from 19 down. FT's sucked, 3pt's sucked. Varejao started the 2nd half and I'm wondering if that makes Gooden expendable. If the Cavs could get Magette for him as metioned earlier in this thread I would go for it now. I don't think Hughes played much in the 2nd half either. Pavlovic and Wesley saw a lot of minutes.

As each game passes, I'm coming to realize that signing Hughes was a mistake. He can't stay healthy, can't shoot and plays too out of control at times. I wish we could have that contract back. A Gooden for Maggette trade would sound good to me.

Cavs eke one out to end long trip

Second-half rally goes overtime, allows 3-4 finish on West Coast

By Brian Windhorst

OAKLAND, CALIF - Salvation coming late is better than none at all.
After losing touch for 3 ? games with the style of basketball that they worked for nearly half a season to hone, the Cavaliers regained it and in rather shocking fashion. Getting big-time contributions from unlikely sources, the Cavs rallied from a huge deficit to edge the Golden State Warriors 106-104 in overtime.

Choice leaves guard wanting

Jasikevicius opted for Pacers over Cavs, then was traded to Warriors

By Brian Windhorst

Beacon Journal sportswriter

OAKLAND, CALIF - The cliche about the accuracy of hindsight is well worn, but it still might be the best way to sum up the circumstances surrounding Sarunas Jasikevicius.
The Lithuanian point guard, a continental superstar in Europe but as yet just an also ran in the NBA, was traded from the Indiana Pacers to the Golden State Warriors this week. It just so happened his first game with the Warriors was against the Cavaliers on Saturday, which was somewhat ironic.

IMO it succeeded b/c they werent tired, you could see some of the other guys were dead ass tired.

Any time you can play that bad and escape with a win is a good thing. Especially the last game b4 you come home off a road trip is always the hardest b/c you just want to get back home. Lets hope they play better when they get home...

Well, at least Brown didn't yank the comeback lineup for the starters once they got back in the game.

I saw this game was on last night and inmmediately changed it out of disgust when I saw they were losing big. I had to ask my girl this morning if I read the score right on the ticker.

This is the first time that Brown has changed his starters based on performance. Lebron and Varejao are the only 2 players that I wouldn't trade for the right deal.

Still no right-hand man among all the King's men

The Cavaliers are trying to run on one leg, not unlike their star. LeBron James finished with a triple double in Friday's loss to Denver while playing on a sprained ankle.
It was the 10th time in his career that he has been in double figures in points, rebounds and assists. It showed again the Cavs' major problem.
