Agreed, specially about Jared returning next year (now where did I leave that praying emoticon) The Buckeyes did quite well last year with extremely limited inside scoring and excellent shooting and penetration, didn't hurt to have the player of the year either :tongue2:LitlBuck;1842811; said:I am not that concerned about his offense. I mean Dallas is not the most gifted offensive center that we have had at Ohio State but I am very pleased with him because of the intangibles that he brings to the court with his rebounding and defense and I think Williams will bring the same.
Also, Jared might still be around depending upon the CBA so Amir will not have to see major minutes when he gets here.

State's Mr. Basketball award is up for grabs
Williams, a 6-10 center who signed with Ohio State, is averaging 17.5 points, 13.3 rebounds and 6.2 blocks. In his most recent game, he showed why he would be a worthy winner. He had 28 points, 16 rebounds and five blocks in a 79-59 win at Southfield, ranked No. 9 in Class A, on Tuesday. Southfield also boasts a candidate in 6-foot Carlton Brundidge, but Williams clearly was the best player on the court.
Other factors in Williams' corner are these: He helped his team win the Class B title last season, and Country Day (11-2) is ranked No. 1 in The Detroit News Super 10.
