Its a shame because he truly is the most articulate guy on the Fan. I might say the only articulate guy. (seriously, what's the deal with those clowns, Possum Man and the Torg?)
But his arrogance and negativety are too much.

I can't listen to any of the local guys. I usually have to turn to the espn radio website when the local shit comes on. Cowherd is a ridiculous ass clown, but he's good at it. VanPelt is what he is, and he doesn't usually sound like an idiot during his show.

Common man and the Torg make a solid attempt at being funny, but often are too negative, and ridiculously uninformed. They're so wrong about pretty much everything that they talk about, that I stopped listening to them over a year ago...and I had just started listening to them a couple of months before that. I've never thought that Hooley was even remotely entertaining, so the fact that he is also woefully uninformed has never affected me...because I turn the channel before he can say anything inflammatory. I never thought that Spiels was very entertaining either, but I think most of that comes from the 1460 days, when I couldn't understand what he was saying, because he speaks so quietly, and the static was so loud.

Hooley isn't a Buckeye. He isn't a fan. So why care? He's just a sports guy, and he knows nothing of what it means to be a Buckeye or a Wolverine. He covered the Miami Hurricanes in the 80s. Today he pretty much said that OSU should just fall on the sword and lose on purpose so that the rivalry will mean more. I'm not sure how Speilman hasn't killed him yet.

WHO THE FUCK CARES WHAT THE RIVALRY MEANS TO THE NATION. I only care what it means to me, and Buckeye fans. I don't even care what it means to crappy Michigan fans. I know that I want to beat Michigan EVERY year. I know that I want to beat them more than any other school. This game means more to me than a NCG could mean. To me, Ohio State football was created for ONE reason, and that's to BEAT MICHIGAN.

He's too whiny for my liking. I don't even like Spielman because he's always on his high horse. Don't get me wrong, LOVED Spielman the linebacker, don't like Spielman the radio personality.

REAALLY , Drooly should not be allowed on the air without Spiels. He's like Charley McCarthey (the dummy to you kids , 1960s Peanut to Jeff Dunham) . A couple weeks ago he was blathering about how Terrell Pryor should have gone to Me-Chicken if he wanted to be an NFL QB , cause Me-Chicken produces SOOOO many NFL QBs . If my arm could pass through the radio I'd be facing several FELONY charges !!! :oh:

A rivalry with its own Ten-Year War isn't going to lose interest just a few years into the this one. This is not a game measured in mere years... it's THE GAME, dammit.

He's still not as bad as the idiot on in Dayton from 3 to 7 and supposedly he IS a Buckeye fan or at least he claims to be.

Although it really did appear that after the purdue game, much like the rest of this shitty as "city" known as Dayton, that he was now a Bearcat fan.

I like kinda like Kelly and the Bearcats but then you hear their fans talk and you start to hate them.

Which is almost EXACTLY why I detest them now.

I was pretty lukewarm about Cincy last year and I was hoping they'd be decent this year, but their fans don't know how to act like actually college football fans for one and for two 95% of them can't name more than 3 starters on their "favorite" team.
