I'm not a huge fan of their show. In fact, I rarely listen to it--I've probably heard a total of 30 minutes of it in the past year or so. However, I've never understood why a lot of people get so worked up about that show--as strohs said, you don't listen to that show for analysis. People need to stop taking it so seriously and they wouldn't get so angry.

I don't take them seriously. If it were up to me, I wouldn't listen to them at all. They are garbage. I'm not "worked up". People get angry because they could be listening to people that actually know what the fuck they're talking about instead of those two abortions.

Exactly. In fact, I'd say the pattern is that JT, once in a while, takes a chance on a highly talented, questionable character kid.

Two out of three ain't bad...and that's only because he isn't done with Terrelle yet.

And I wouldn't be surprised to hear TP down the road say that Tressel didn't do anything wrong and that he made the bad decisions on his own just like MoC and Troy have. You can see how much of an influence JT has had when you hear MoC now and saw how Troy and him hugged on senior day. The guy isn't a phony that does whatever it takes to win. He affects kids lives. (Can throw others in there too... like Thad Gibson). Sucks that Small hasn't matured yet though.

thankfully i got Sirius radio about 3 years ago so i havent had to listen to much of this trash....but everytime i do just to see what is going on with, MY GUY, MY STATION!!, 97.1, these 2 turds are talking about the torg and how he is drunk every night or they are talking about brett favre...im not getting worked up over the show, i could care less its even on...i get pissed off they have these two dicks on instead of having actual columbus sports talk guys on...they have the afternoon drive slot, prime time for people being in their cars and they have that slot....i get it, they have to be funny because everyone else on the station is serious...cool, put them at 1-3 and move spielman or whoever to 3-6

back when, Spiels asked to do the noon show after Stephanie passed so he could be home when the kids got out of school. That is why those two have the "drivetime" show.

Agree with the comments about Common Man/Torg. The only people I know that enjoy that show know little to nothing about sports. They're the type of people that go to pro wrestling events holding signs for the biggest superstar and repeating their catch phrases over and over.

And sadly they'd be successful in just about any media market because people, in general, gravitate towards that kind of small-minded bathroom humor.

Take it for what it is. It's a comedy show with sports as a back drop.
Cowherd, M&M, Van Pelt are sports shows. I'd rather listen to Common man and Torg than listen to cowherd. Atleast they are little funny.
