Another pitfall of following recruiting I suppose. I believed in the kid after all I read about him. And... he was an outstanding player for Ohio State. That's all I asked of him. But, it didn't go as I expected off the field, that's for sure, as it turns out.

agreed. that being said, i for one hope for a cris carter trajectory, rather than the art/moc trajectory...

and hooley is a little/no talent clown. but he was dead on, at least on this one. credit, where credit is due.

The issue for me, at any rate, is they feel the need to play to a script and PRETEND to be "buckeye fans" for some reason. The show itself is a regular local radio sports meathead show. It's not a great show, nor is it funny.

They are nothing other than your regular radio meathead idiots. Eventually they'll move on if eSPIN or Fox Sports comes looking for them as a weekend host or something.

These guys suck too much even for eSPIN and Fox Sports. Seriously, they aren't funny, clever, or entertaining in the least. They'll end up at the Citgo (hurp durp) if the radio thing doesn't work out.

ive always hated these 2 fucking douchebags...2 guys who aren't from columbus, grew up in 2 different states in big 10 country, one is fat and the other one has hair plugs....i also love how they are pompous assholes...i seriously think they believe that no one hates them....they think everyone in columbus who likes sports and listens to that station LOVES THEM...everytime i accidentally tune into that station and beavis and butthead are on i hear: "MY GUY....MY GUY!!!" or "Remember we were the ones who told you FIRST!" or "Man we are crazy and funny, no one is like us, lets blow each other"....i got sick of these dicks after they flip flopped on every single ohio state basketball player...they ripped apart Evan turner when he was a sophmore...constantly calling him evan turnover...then his junior year they were kissing his ass...calling him Evan "MY GUY" Turner...i could go on and on about how bad these 2 guys are...after bruce hooley went they should of gotten rid of these 2 clowns

i think that is an appropriate analysis of turner. his transformation was exceptional. kudos to evan for all that hard work!

Anyone else see the Common Man and Torg going down the Hooley road? Everytime I seem to tune them in they are bashing Troy Smith and now they are making Tressel out to be a complete phony and only taking phone calls of people who agree with them 100%. I wouldn't mind seeing some actual Buckeyes get their radio slot.

I find them entertaining for what they are worth, which isn't for sports analysis, its more sports bar talk.
I agree that the player bashing is annoying, but I have to agree with them regarding Tressel. I've personally completely taken off the scarlet colored glasses. YSU, MoC, Troy, TP, sorry but thats a pattern...
But I too agree that I it would be nice to see some actual buckeyes on the radio. I'm not really sure how The Fan ended up with them on that slot anyway, the ratings cannot be very good.

A sports-comedy show? That comment is funnier than anything they've ever said. They are fucking clowns...but the sad kind. The joke is that someone that shitty at their job still has one. They fucking suck.

Especially when you can take MoC out of that "pattern" now. 25 years and 3 incidents. 1 was investigated with no NCAA sanctions, 1 was self reported and the NCAA said that 1 additional game was sufficient and we will see about this one. Not much of a pattern.
