I post/lurk on another board that has been using XenForo for a little while. It's easy to use for the most part and feature-rich. Using it on mobile devices is (mostly) quite nice. I think BP members are going to love it.
One thing that I run into on that forum that I'd be interested in seeing how "View Last Unread Post" links next to thread titles work. I use those all the time on the current iteration of BP. On the XenForo forum I use, those links are small dots next to the title rather than the slightly larger button we have here now. It's not bad trying to accurately click on those dots with a mouse, but on a tablet it's quite difficult and on a phone it's nearly impossible. Also, the just went thru a small update, and now those links/dots don't even show up when the whole thing is resized/rearranged to fit on the small screen. It makes navigating long threads with frequent activity unbearable. I wonder if this is something that BP will be able to control or adjust, or is it something that we'll be stuck with?
Also, I'm wondering if mods are going to get a chance to test drive or otherwise get oriented before it goes live, so we know where everything is and how to use it.

That should be a relatively minor styling issue, and one that I can imagine we can address. You lose some features (by design) when it gets down to phone screen dimensions, but it sounds like that's small enough that it wouldn't break anything.
And yes, absolutely re: early test drives, I plan to invite another pocket of people tomorrow, and then again a few days later.

Clarity, I know that you have much more major issues to resolve but here are a few things I found over at the development site that I am unsure about. I made that notations over there so I hope I am not duplicating my messages. I do not understand why when you post a new message another new message box comes up right away right below your posted message. To me this is a little confused but I am a little na?ve
Also, I think it is a nice feature over here that when you reply to a message the message that you are replying to is in a shaded box. I replied to a message by JLB1705 over at the development site and since his initial post was already replied to that is the message that showed up when I replied to his message. There were a few other minor things that I saw over there and left messages. I think it would be a very nice feature if we could click on something at the top of a thread and it would take us to the first unread message in that thread. I know that was suggested.
