The Boise State debate has really interested me season and the fans of other programs who have really taken up their cause. I have found a lot of Notre Dame and Penn State people taking up for them on some of the message boards I'm on. They still are holding strong so we can only look forward to seeing them again next September.

Perfect time to schedule Ohio State

Too bad for Boise the closest NFL stadium to Spudville is 400 miles away since that is the only chance that they would have of getting tOSU to travel west. If they want to be legit they need to give up on getting big schools to travel to Boise and just schedule 2 away games against top 10 teams every season. That or bend over for the Big 12. If I were the Big 12 and I want to survive I would go after Boise and BYU to get back to 12 teams.

BOISE, Idaho (AP)—Boise State University president Bob Kustra is using a recent error in the final Bowl Championship Series rankings to fire off a new round of criticism of the system that determines postseason bowl pairings.

Kustra sent an e-mail to university presidents and conference commissioners Tuesday blasting the BCS system for its lack of transparency in the method used to rank college football teams.

Kustra said college presidents, athletic officials and the NCAA allow the BCS to work its magic with no accountability for the system’s accuracy.

On Monday, the final BCS standings were corrected after a mistake was found that enabled Boise State to move up on spot to No. 10. The glitch did not have any impact on the Broncos’ postseason plans.

Kustra has been a persistent critic of the BCS because he says it treats schools from smaller conferences like second-class citizens.

The guy is an extreme assmunch. If he spent as much effort worrying about that [censored]ing truck driving school as he does its football team, they might have better than a 27% graduation rate and 3 digit SAT average. The imbeciles, however, lap it up.

Kustra always has my vote, and this is exactly why.... Not afraid to come out and tell it like it is, and he represents well doing it.. It's with leadership like this that BSU has made huge gains and will continue to do so with this great leadership and spokesmanship from our Powerful University...If you are a BSU Fan, you must be as proud as I am!
