Boise State in the NC game?

What will be interesting to see is that when Boisy gets some non-aq C-USA team in some bowl game nobody cares about, Boisy will be the disinterested and disappointed team this time around. They will be the team playing in a bowl that they didn't want to be in. They will be saying "what if" instead of their opponent. And they will be ripe for the upset the way Oklahoma was in that Fiesta Bowl.

It would surely be a great ending to this story in my imo...

Or, they'll get a "name" university in a really down year and the media will crow about "what could have been" when BSU win, blowing a small margin into a really big blowout in their headlines.

Or it could be like Purdue and Kansas State in the Alamo Bowl some years back, when KSU just missed out on the NC game then got promptly thumped by a 4-loss Purdue team. We can hope.

great game last night. watched the whole thing and loved it. i feel sorry for boise kicker, but not for boise AT ALL.

This is the test of whether the Bronco nation is ready for the big time.

If the kicker doesn't get death threats they are still glorified HS wanna-be's.

of course Colin the Coward kills them now.....

If they won he'd be all over their nutsack and crushing Dr. Gee....

not disputing the second part, but Cowherd was crushing Boise in the summer before the season even started, saying things along the lines of Rutgers would be favored in all but one of Boise's games (Va Tech) and no one in their right mind would consider a real team a title contender with that schedule ect.

Yeah....because that was probably the way the winds were blowing at the time.

Coward is like that too...

Fuck these fucking clowns, they have already been exposed over and fucking over, no one in the national media chose to pay attention though. Losses to Louisville, East Carolina, Boston College, and TCU in bowl games in four of the last six years? give me a fucking break. I hope these fucking bitches go to the motor city bowl and I hope they fucking lose.

FUCK **CH*GAN!!

OK. But how do you really feel? Holding back like this can't be good for you in a stress-filled world.

:slappy: Between this post and ORD's Aryan Nation Bowl, I just spilled coffee all over my desk.

It's too bad he doesn't have an AP vote, because I would love to see how his ballot would change week to week.

I'm pretty appalled at Fowler's response and voting since Gee made his opinion known. He's ranked us and every other Big 10 team lower than any other voter since then and gone nuts on air about it. Way to be a professional there.

Maaco Las Vegas Bowl versus Utah. :slappy:

The Utes' starting QB, however, is injured and will not play. As such, Boise likely rolls.
