if he would transfer within the conference he would have to pay his own way and sit out a year but he can get a scholarship at another school outside of the Big Ten but he would still have to sit out that one year if he goes to a Division I school

The Big Ten rule also states that you must beat your former school in overtime when they are rated #1 in the country.

They have no [censored]ing clue what they're talking about.

At this point and pretty much since I've been following the Big Ten, I'd much much rather have Nebby than Ped State in the Big Ten, AAU be damned.
