I guess what still bothers me now, is what this loss does to OSU's perception nationwide. Some of you may not care, but we had a chance to have nothing but respect from every fan of college sports last night, and render these SEC myths useless. Instead, we have to deal with people now proclaiming us overrated, people saying LSU was even better, people calling Troy Smith overrated, people calling Jim Tressel overrated, and people having a negative perception of the strength of the Big 10 for a long while.

It was a great year still....but the ending is not the way Smith and the boys should have to leave their OSU career.

gotta admit, when i saw them line up, i knew 2 things: 1) that we weren't gonna make it, and 2) that there wasn't going to be any comeback.

i'm still not really sure what happened, but all i know is that it happened so fast, that i didn't have time to get pissed off. one minute it was a game, and the next minute, i knew we were going to get blown out. all i could do was laugh...

losing TG2 hurt. badly. but i'm not going to put it all on him. EVERYONE played like crap...

Hey Buckeyes,

Please don't think of every single Gator fan out there as an asshole. I know it is hard to think that there are good Florida fans out there because I'm sure there are a ton of them on here trashing your team, but not all of them are like that. When the Swamp fills up on a Saturday night, I assure you that it is not 93,000 drunk, redneck, inbred jerks. For the most part, I would say that we have good fans; certainly not the worst. One of Georgia's fans killed a Florida student last year. Does that mean all Georgia fans are killers? No. So please don't think badly of the Gator Nation because of a few bad experiences.

Also, your band kicks ass. I've never watched them but that is really cool how they spell out "O-H-I-O" in script and weave in between each other.

Welcome to BP...in all honesty, most of recent issues have been with fans of other programs coming to spout off about the SEC.

Florida fans are the only ones who earned the right to gloat today.

I felt terrible last night. I felt very empty because I knew that they could have played better. I wasn't dissapointed in the team at all. But I felt they could have played better. A result of that was that we didn't have Ted Ginn. But there will be more opportunities where Ohio State will go to the National Championship. We should look at this game as a pointer for next year. If we learn from this, we could very likely be in the National Championship next year. It always hurts to see the Bucks lose, but there is always tomorrow. I feel we should put the game behind us and get ready for 2007 and the Spring game. GO BUCKS!

Oh okay. Well, that's good. I figured all the 13 year old immature Florida fanbase would come in with all kinds of "lyk omg florda is da bomb lolz osu sux" talk. I just wanted to let everyone know to not hate all Gators because of a few bad ones.

Those fucking Dodge Commercials with the rock'em sock'em robots were making me nuts. Every damn commercial break that was the first commercial, it was BRUTAL!! Many of you may be like me where you digitally record almost everything these days so commercials period are hard to tolerate. Yes the sun did come up (although in NE Ohio you usually can't see it in the Winter) and I agree, seeing my two boys this morning (4 and 1 1/2) made everything a lot better again. I too am confident of another title in the not to distant future and beating scUM is ALWAYS a season highlight. It's 2:44pm and scUM STILL SUCKS!!

Being a new dad I feel the same way. Holding my little girl eased the pain....a little.

Funny how all of the um fans are coming out at least on my end anyway.

Why were we so afraid of their offense to sit in a zone D all night? Pittman and Wells?

The offensive series after Pittmans score was key. We needed to exhale and really think about what really needed to be done which was tOSU football. Instead we line up in the spread and throw three straight incomplete passes.

Oh well, Wait Til Next Year.
