I hate that stat. "People" are more likely to die in a car than a plane...not me. It's not like I'm an expert on a closed course and I can avoid every possible death trap on the road...but I feel that stat is skewed towards the folks eating, talking, applying makeup, truckers cranked out with no sleep for days, and women. I've driven all over the U.S. and back and again, and I've only been in one real accident.

Was just part of the Terminal evacuation at Baltimore. It was actually a pretty orderly evacuation. Everyone moved when they came down the corridor yelling get your stuff and head out of the terminal now. Coming back in and getting through security was quite a cluster fuck though. There was no one with a bull horn or anyone really directing things coming back in. After standing in line a long time they tried to move people again from one security entrance saying it was for A List and Employees only. People told them to get fucked.
