Well, I think agent/lawyer Brett Adams represented Hooley when he got canned last year. Maybe he'll represent Torg in this case as well.

If I had to wager a guess, I'd guess Herbstreit (along with WBNS) might be a party in any lawsuit. Don't know if there are grounds, but a guess.

You know what's funny? Jalen Rose had a DUI and more/less got promoted at ESPiN. People can be harmed by a DUI. WBNS is an ESPiN affiliate, so if they're upset about a Tweet...what about DUI?

Herbstreit probably called his lawyer a little worried; then his attorney started laughing. Unless Torg has a written contract that only permits 97.1 to terminate him "for cause," he's got nothing. And he has even less against Herbstreit.

... which isn't to say I wouldn't like to see Herbie shitting his pants at the prospect of having his dirty laundry aired. But there's no cause of action here.
