I travel quite a bit back and forth from Arizona to the east coast for business trips that usually last two weeks. Maybe it's just me, but it seems much easier to adjust when you are gaining time (EST to PST) than when you are losing time (PST to EST) in a day. However, i'm not running up and down a basketball court while tring to adjust to the time changes either. Coming west, I usually adjust to the time in one day. Going east it takes 3-4 days for my body clock to adjust where I can fall asleep at a decent hour. Haven't tried the pickle juice yet ....

I think it's an individual thing. I'm in Europe and Africa a couple of times a year, and the flights over don't seem to phase me at all. On the return though, I'm pretty groggy that evening and the next day. Flights to the West coast aren't as bad, but I definitely feel it for at least a day.

That is one cocky fan base. I have never seen that type of confidence coming from Buckeye fans.

They're saying that if they play the same way they did the last two games they'll win easily.

Really? Against Belmont and Harvard? There's a touch more competition in this game, Cats.

I love that they focus on Craft's defensive ability. Plenty of ability for Shannon Scott to take over

Pickle juice has a lot of electrolytes

I think the salt makes you retain more water and not cramp up. I never used pickle juice because I was too cheap to buy the pickles just for the juice, but a mixture of white vinegar, water, and salt worked for me.

Ah, if only games were played by the message board heroes... You can guarantee Miller will have his Wildcats ready to play, much like Matta will have our Buckeyes ready to go. [obvious] It'll come down to which team can execute their game plan better and take the other out of its plan. [/obvious]
