Pspeaking of “running up the score”

From 2023

The most obvious score run up. Instead of taking a knee at the 6 yard line and running the clock out they had Orji run it in for a TD with 8 seconds left to make it 49-0

They still had Donovan Edwards running the ball up 38-7 on Indiana in the 4th quarter. He had a 4th quarter TD run to make it 45-7.

Against corn they were still throwing up 38-0 with under 5 minutes left they had a passing TD to make it 45-0 with 4 minutes left
Easy to justify such things when you're preconditioned to always see yourself as the victim.

Hopefully the NCAA adequately hammers them so many, many late 4th quarter touchdowns can be tacked on to humiliate them over the next few years. Fuck 'em.

If day gets the chance he better run the fucking score up. Air it out with Sayin against that Swiss cheese depleted secondary if we are up big later in the game.

Hm. The reason they aren't undefeated is because of their schedule.
Look at IU’s schedule. Washington is the best team they have played to date and they played them at home.

Michigan with that schedule would be undefeated.

IU is winning convincingly and they deserve credit for that. But if they played Texas and Oregon at home and UW on the road they have three losses.

If Washington at the shithouse is a win now, they're losing to MSU on the road.
That's not how fans rationalize things.
"We beat MSU, therefore we would always beat MSU. But we lost by 10 to Washington at their house, and that'd be a win in our house."
Someone mentions subtracting 3 points from the home team to determine who would win in a neutral site. (Totally arbitrary number, by the way. There's no way to determine what the number is.) And someone else mentions that *ichigan was tied with Washington in the 4th quarter. Therefore, they'd win at home. Because, you know, there's no way Washington leads any winning drives in the 4th quarter on the road, right?
Hang on... Kordell Stewart is calling me...

Hence why fan is short for Fanatic!
I have a buddy who became a pseudo- Tennessee fan because his daughter went there. He's been bragging about Nico being the 2nd coming of Peyton since he hit campus. The kid looks overrated and cocky. As does the entire team. scUM fans will tell you that this wasn't supposed to be a successful year for them after last years NC. But making a 3rd tier bowl should never be in the plans for a defending NC
