*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

That's what they're saying today. But they were talking about a playoff spot, probably a first round home game, before the season started. They thought they just reloaded.
Now they're saying that McCarthy was way better than they realized. They're saying that Harbaugh was way better than the rest of the worst realized. They have no thoughts on what Stalions did (if anything).
Oh, after the USC game, I heard many scUM thinking they wouldn't lose another game all season...

Before the season started it was all sunshine and rainbows, they legit believed that there was going to be LITTLE TO NO DROPOFF    now they've completely turned on Cryin' Sherrone, who with each passing week looks like he was retained as nothing more than a potential sacrifice to the NCAA rather than someone scUM actually thought was going to succeed.

It's not normal at all or even somewhat a common occurrence for a defending champion to be this bad, no matter how much now they want to claim it was some kind of natural order of things.

LSU tanked in the COVID year after winning their 2019 title, but that was a fluke of all flukes with things somehow landing perfectly in place for Coach O.

2011 Auburn is more comparable, they fell to 8-5 while pretty much getting destroyed by anyone with a pulse.

You have to go all the way back to 1983 though before that to find something in that realm from a defending champ. Ped State went 8-4-1 after going undefeated in 1982, including losing 14-3 to Cincinnati (who finished 4-6-1)

I hope I'm wrong but this is exactly the kind of game a team like Indiana flops in. I would not be shocked if scUM wins. Not that I want it to happen of course.
Have you seen them play? This is not your father’s IU. They have the highest graded OL and DL in the conference. They have never had this kind of talent, experience, or coaching in the history of their program.

Actually, the pedtards 1987 is a good comp. They dropped to 8-4 (still better than tCun will end up) after winning the 1986 NC. They settled into a 4 year malaise in 1987 going just 30-16-1 over the next 4 years, including 5-6 in 1988, 2 years after winning the NC.
