Yes, but every team isn't playing on major networks weekly. Yes, Purdue is televised... on B1G network or ESPNU, while scUM is still being played on ABC. There's a difference.

By name recognition, I'm talking about the powers at networks. I don't care what fans think. Networks have the option of who they want televised, and name recognition is what keeps defending NC scUM on ABC, Fox and ESPN, without that NC they are probably on ESPNU or Comcast. Anyone watching this year can see that they can't make a forward pass and are exciting as watching paint dry. Yet they still get Big Noon kickoffs and on CBS at 3

The story is what sells. The cheating. Cfb fans want revenge and they want to see Michigan get shellacked. The networks play them because the fans will watch. Shit we drew over 10 mil for a game on peacock lol

scUM isn't being played on ABC or E!SPiN. i'm just saying. none of the B1G is playing on ABC or E!SPiN.

That's what all the numbers mean that are usually posted. For example, the rumored $8mil to Nico at Tennesse, is for 3 or 4 years. Not 1, but the headline with just the 7 figure is much more juicy and catchy
