100% this. I used RA when I created my s-corp for a lacrosse club about a dozen years ago. This is standard practice and is NOT a red flag.
I was thinking the RA was brought up to show that they all used the same one. Circumstantial evidence but human nature is to find what works and keep doing it the same way. Separate business enterprises that aren't part of a cohesive scheme wouldn't likely all register in Wyoming with the same RA around the same time. They needed the business registrations probably to open bank accounts, they just fucked up putting their names on public filings.

Yeah, I think orders came down. For the first 2 or 3 days, Chris Childers was brutal towards tcun even mocking Ono. And then absolutely NOTHING. You can't tell me that Orwellian about face wasn't brought on by a call from some executive.

Oh well, when the sanctions come down, they won't be able to ignore it anymore.
That’s where I’m at….

11W and Scoop has been spot on this entire time. I doubt they’re wrong now all the sudden.

Considering their infractions I completely agree with them.

So right now anyone claiming they’re getting nothing I just totally disregard because I know that’s not feasible at all for that they did.

Maybe the penalties are between what I think and what TCUN thinks but even then I think it’s pretty damned severe

A breadcrumb:

Premierdrum 23 MINUTES AGO
A day off today, in which I've accomplished very little of what I had hoped to.

In any event, I did have a good exchange with my best source on the enforcement side of things. He's been tighter-lipped since the NOA was delivered, but I did get a direct answer out of him when asking about how the NOA holds up to UM's defense of unclear rules, loopholes, and rogue staffers.

"Air tight. No concerns."

And with that, it's football Friday night... and homecoming. Hoping for a dub.

I have no doubt they have them dead to rights, it's just a matter of them having the pebbles to adequately hammer for totally compromising 3 full seasons of CFB with their bullshit.

scUM is going to try to run the clock out until the end and hope they can stir up enough victim sentiment with the public that people are outraged when the NCAA comes down on them which in turn causes them to rally in favor of scUM against the NCAA for doing so. It's not going to work, but that seems like what they are doing at this point.

tcun twitter is a thing to behold. All the angst from the last two weeks is gone, and most of them think they're going to roll USC.

They had a week of sunshine pumping from their overlords about how the run game is "finally getting it going!" based on putting up a good box score number against a abysmal Arkansas State D that can't tackle

Air tight Hu?

TCUN should be familiar with that when the NCAA is through with them

Every time they lose this year, which could be about half their games, it is going to be more and more clear that the past three years they had to cheat to win.

Even if and when they win it's still going to be clear.

They looked very below average for a supposed upper P4 team even against Arkansas State and Fresno State. Fresno State's QB basically spotted them 14 points that game was a lot closer than the score indicated.
