As I said before, Klatt's whole argument is complete undercut by his admission that there is such a thing as "illegal" sign stealing. Whatever threshold of advantage the illegal cheating gives a team is irrelevant. The fact that it is illegal, and especially where there is legal sign stealing allowed, satisfies the threshold standard.
Lines are drawn. We can argue about where they are drawn, I suppose. But, admitting there's a line, admitting it was crossed... well... are we finished here, Joel?
As for his other college football observations as color man for what I think is the best CFB crew, I think he's fine. He's just on a lark here... and I'm sure it has to do with who's writing his check and their relationship with the product being sold.
