*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

Listening to it right now. Seems like Auerbach has received her marching orders from Ann Arbor and has gone full Eisen.

Not shocking, they are going to continue to use their useful idiots to push deflection even after everything fully comes out.

People who create false victim complexes for themselves don't lay down and surrender easily when it comes to admitting they were the ones in the wrong.

In the end they are only going to make everything worse for themselves.

It makes it harder for them to do so.

Then they really have to swallow their pride because of how obviously wrong they were. Because then they have to be honest with themselves that they knew how wrong it was, could have done something to fix it, and still decided to take the route they took.

This pretty much sums up where I am on all of this. Will the punishment be as great as most of us want & feel they deserve? Probably not, but it will be significant.

It's all very USC-like. The AD saying it was all "Trojan envy," the defiance and stonewalling. And unlike usc, here we have the actual university President leading the charge.

I think in the eyes of the ncaa, the level of anger is driven least to most in order by the actual violations, the cover up, in your face defiance.

Ono has to be cooked after all this comes out, right?

Yes. Couldn’t have said it better.

Right now these jokers think it was all worth it which includes Stalions (he said so as much).

Let’s see where they are in 2025 when they’re 7-5, having lost to OSU twice, all the accolades have been removed from the last 5 years, and they are left with the realization that the next few years will be worse than 2025.

I’ll be sure to ask them if it was worth it then. Was it worth assuredly 10 years or more of futility.
To be fair to most of the DFBIA, their message boards and sunshine/lollipops-only media apparatus are doing their best to shield them from any of this unpleasantness. Any threads on scUM boards are being nuked before they get going, and their media is still trying to push this as a big empty. The only way Joe scUMfan could have any real awareness about what's going on would be to venture out from their shiny, happy bubble and actually seek out some real reporting. And lets face it, they just aren't that bright; and on top of that, they've been conditioned to only believe positive news. They're essentially the North Korean People of the CFB world.

I honestly don't see how anybody survives this. It's an abject failure from top-to-bottom stretching beyond the athletics department to the top of the University food chain.
A complete failure. They needed someone to think about the programs future instead of just the 2023 season.

Literally not one person from top to bottom was able to think big picture or to think “what if this is all true?”.

Wink Martindale interim head coach for the season is a hilarious outcome, with them scrambling to fill open assistant roles with low level staffers.

Not sure why but I’m hoping that Tony Alford is not only the interim, but has to take the job full time because it’s been Chernobyled and no one else will touch it
