*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

My thoughts on forfeiture vs vacating:
Since no "death penalty" will ever be enacted again and as there is the viewpoint to lessen damage to individuals that did not partake in the violations, I believe that forfeiture is more expected than vacating. It absolutely obliterates anything (of a positive nature) achieved by the actual perpetrators.
It would be glorious to look back over time and explain to people (when asked about 2021-2023 tCun football), "It never existed. History has no record of it, because it was h-bomb evaporated."

I'll tell my grandkids this is the death penalty.

I don't have much insight into exactly what happens next. Reporters are sniffing around, and they'll publish when the time is right. I knew exactly what to expect this week, and those boxes were all checked before lunch on Wednesday.

Warde - of all people - starting to slow walk them down is a huge tell. Complaining about what's being leaked to us and others shows that they know what's coming. The farthest Balas has gone is to call our reporting "not credible" ... which is decidedly different from calling it "inaccurate."

There were a dozen or more copies of the notice delivered on Sunday to the school, the individuals charged, and their representatives. Any one of them could leak a copy - or even just portions - with the absolute cover that it wouldn't be traceable to them. And if that would help them in any way, shape, or form, they would have already.

A generationally-talented OSU squad takes the field in 72 hours. Archie is dotting the i. The beer will be cold and the brats will be hot. Enjoy what's shaping up to be a special season in this incredible place.

And do all those things knowing that every touchdown scored, every victory notched, and ever cheer played in Ann Arbor is paper. They're hollow. They're meaningless. A leadership vacuum at this once-great institution allowed a cultural shift from pride in your colors and history to fealty to one man. Their souls were sold and their very character bought and paid for, in exchange for some metal and temporary bragging rights. The banners will come down and the memories will fade, but the stench of dishonesty and failure will remain.

It's almost game time.

Go Bucks.

If it is what he hinted to me last week, its not something to really joke about other than to laugh at the drip drip drip of continual scandal out of that shithole up north....
:pimp:

Not only did PD have the goods, it went beyond even what I had imagined. That all of that is out by noon on Wednesday, and it really feels like there may be a bit more to come, just makes me fat man ready to eat a steak giddy at this point.

That's fucking beautiful, man. Almost sig-worthy.

Hi, scUM fans. We know you're over here reading this since your own cesspool of toxic positivity boards won't allow you to read about or discuss it.

Sunshine Kid Balas is still pushing the "OHIO STATE WAS BEHIND THE 3RD PARTY FIRM" shit to the DFBIA drones. Like it really actually matters, even if true Ohio State did nothing illegal there. It does nothing even slightly to excuse scUMs cheating. They are trying very hard to shoehorn the "Ohio State hacked Stallions to collect his personal data" crap his lawyer peddled into this to further the deflection

I can't find a fault in your ideas. But I'd say that scholarship reductions may not do much in this era of NIL. What is going to hurt is the post-season ban. Who would go to a team that has no chance to get into the playoffs? Little brother has a chance. Wisconsin has a chance. Even Indiana has a chance. (Just kidding - Indiana doesn't have a chance.)

I'd add a pretty big penalty to CMU coaching staff. If I'm Pettiti (or however you spell his name), I'm giving the HC of CMU a lifetime ban from playing any Big Ten team. In fact, any school that hires the CMU coach is banned from playing Big Ten teams in any sport. If you want to play MSU again, get him off your payroll completely.
Ban their NIL if possible.

Lets pretend this is true, that Ohio State is the boogieman behind all of this. Why wouldn't they dime you out, you cheating cock splats? I would LOVE for Ohio State to have had a role in this. May you die by our hand.

Them actually believing that Ohio State would hire Hackerman to collect dirt on scUM and then turn said illegally obtained dirt over to the NCAA to get a investigation started is comical. That would be like a drug dealer calling the cops because someone stole their coke stash from their house.

2-3 years for the Stallions shit, then they'd have to tack on more for the computer crimes shit you'd think. Maybe only 2-3 again but 4-6 years of postseason bans still sets you back quite a bit.
Glad the Big Ten expanded so the TV networks shouldn't intervene to protect a sacred cow as much as if the the new 4 teams were not added.

Yes. Couldn’t have said it better.

Right now these jokers think it was all worth it which includes Stalions (he said so as much).

Let’s see where they are in 2025 when they’re 7-5, having lost to OSU twice, all the accolades have been removed from the last 5 years, and they are left with the realization that the next few years will be worse than 2025.

I’ll be sure to ask them if it was worth it then. Was it worth assuredly 10 years or more of futility.
