*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

A complete failure. They needed someone to think about the programs future instead of just the 2023 season.

Literally not one person from top to bottom was able to think big picture or to think “what if this is all true?”.
No, it's worse. They didn't just have no adult question "what if", they straight up knew in January of 2023 and pressed on. It's literally what we thought it was: win now and deal with it later. Motherfuckers up there gassin' everyone up with bullshit.

Not sure why but I’m hoping that Tony Alford is not only the interim, but has to take the job full time because it’s been Chernobyled and no one else will touch it
It's an impressive gambit if this was his plan all along (and despite message board posturing, they knew this was coming)

It's a big gamble, but it's that or get fired next spring from OSU with far less promising prospects.

Meh. I'll take the HC job.
Have you ever seen a coach celebrate when the opposing team scores?
Have you ever seen a coach celebrate when the opposing team scores 100?

Thanks for posting that, Thump. Going forward Klapp will have no credibility in my eyes. He will say whatever he wants to advance his narrative regardless of reality.

Yea what a joke. he claims to be "upset" but keeps dancing around saying they outright cheated. The "well we can't really know how much the illegal scouting actually affected things" claims are outright asinine.

Here's hoping when scUMfan's grandkids ask them what cheating to win anything worth a damn cost they can only answer with this...

"Grandpa, is it true that your favorite coach had to implement the largest cheating scheme in college sports history just so he could win his own division?"

It doesn't matter "how much." All that matters is they obtained intel on opposing teams outside of the rules and applied it to in game situations. If it impacted 3 plays, that altered the outcome. This isn't difficult. It's black and white.

Actually his statement is technically true. We can't know if the odds of stopping a play by knowing the play ahead of time versus not knowing went from 36% to 78% or if it went from 36% to 79%. Big difference there.

Them actually believing that Ohio State would hire Hackerman to collect dirt on scUM and then turn said illegally obtained dirt over to the NCAA to get a investigation started is comical. That would be like a drug dealer calling the cops because someone stole their coke stash from their house.

If anyone got the private dicks involved it would be the people wondering why a program that was a failing dumpster fire all of a sudden started beating the spread 70% of the time.
