I watched all of Hairball’s presser today, he was all over the place.

He is fired up that they’re at 999 and can get to 1,000 wins this week.

He said they’ve got to be “America’s Team”, the way they are galvanized and overcoming adversity.

He said he has had chickens since April, 2020 and that he was wrong when he said “Chickens are a nervous bird”, they’re low maintenance and very productive.

He’s talk about the support of Warde, the President, the Board, and all of the alums.

He also said he learned in high school civics class that you’re innocent until proven guilty.

The next part is quoted verbatim, and comes with a gag warning:

The team is on “a mission of faith, it’s a mission of speaking truth to power, it’s a mission of playing for each other, as a band of brothers. It’s a mission, and I see our guys, they’re strong, they’re walking upright and innocent.”

Another verbatim part, with another gag warning:

“The emotion of this team, the perseverance, and then, just the stalwartness of these guys. I mean, yeah, watching I would have to say everybody - it’s gotta be America’s Team, it’s gotta be America’s Team, America … America loves a team that, you know beats the odds, beat the adversity, overcomes what the naysayers and critics, so-called experts think.”
You NEVER go full Dabo.

“This is insanity,” Meyer said during FOX's 'Big Noon Kickoff' program. “You have two teams playing for a conference championship, potentially a national championship. Your head coach is eight miles away. I don’t put it past them to helicopter in here, to come in a parachute in the first quarter. It’s insanity.”

Urban has a problem with a football coach being held responsible. Color me shocked.

LOL! He also said something on the lines of "it's unusual for a President to show such loyalty to their coach"
Somebody needs to tell him that it's not the President's job to show loyalty to their coach. It's his job to get to the bottom of things and make the decisions that are in the best long term interests of the university.

My guess is.. Urban is thinking 'fuck 'em' but this is a great opportunity to act PC and fair/balanced
knowing scUM is going to get hammered.. so it's a freebee for him... makes him look unbiased

Delighted to hear that. Media needs to be united on this.

I am still anxious to hear the answers to 1) who turned this in to the NCAA, 2) how did Stallions fund this, and 3) who else on their staff knew.

The current ruling is based on being able to prove (with due process) what Stalions did as a member of their staff. That doesn't mean they aren't still trying to prove additional infractions that require additional due process.

At my age I am thrilled with the constant erections. My wife, however, wants it to stop so she can have guests over again.
You bring up a good point, and I have nothing to add but my guesses.
2. He funded it with his gambling winnings, I would guess. He bet on M*ch*gan to cover, and they did quite often.
3. They all knew. He may have said, "Look, I'll run this whole operation. Just put me on the sidelines and I'll tell you what they're doing." "How do you know?" "Oh, I know... and you know how I know." Or, maybe just as funny, he says, "Well, here's how my operation works..." Then he goes into the whole process. But the M*ch*gan coaching staff knew. The players knew. Harbaugh has always known. How else would anyone explain that NO former M*ch*gan players admit to knowing him, but we see him on the sidelines? If they didn't know what's up, they'd be willing to admit they know who he is.

SI has had its tongue up tsun's ass and a grudge against Ohio State for decades. If they're losing SI, they're losing everyone outside of their in-house propogandists (Bacon, Balas, etc).

Even in a profession that requires the mental horsepower of an air fryer, people are starting to wake up to what the B1g/NCAA has publicly stated which is "we have evidence. We know you did it. Here is what we have" and then seeing the tsun reaction of "yeah but you really shouldn't punish us. At least not right now" and realizing just how utterly senseless this is.

Think about it like this, even when someone is lying about it, when you accuse them of doing something they come over the top with a protestation of their innocence. Right? ("I did not have sexual relations with that woman...") When in your life have you seen anyone react to an accusation of impropriety...of any sort...with "you are moving too fast with a punishment"? I mean what in the actual fuck? Who does that? More importantly, how can anyone outside of their echo chamber, take that for anything but a tacit acknowledgement of guilt?
