Jimmy is going to go clacking into court in his cleats and ball cap, sputter something about “Due Process” and everyone is just going to say “you know what? He’s right. Case dismissed. What were we even thinking. The whole thing is over. Thanks for clearing all that up Jim”

Harbaugh talking to the judge is like in the first 48 when a suspect tries to talk their way out of murder charges. Lawyer up Jim…

Then again maybe don’t consider your lawyer can’t even think for himself.

It was filed in Washtenaw County Court and being heard by a Washtenaw County Judge.......not Federal. The hearing is at the Washtenaw County Courthouse in AA. There was talk over the weekend that the B1G would possibly try to get it removed to Federal Court. The Eastern Federal District Court for Michigan is in Detroit. There was some discussion with some of our legal eagles earlier in the thread about whether that is possible or not.

if you reside in state A, and a company headquartered in state B has commercial activity in state A, you can sue that company in a state court in state A. It doesn’t have to be a Federal Court.
