Meanwhile, on defense, losing their best players and coordinator has the head guy optimistic.
.
They basically are running a modern version of Tresselball. I don’t recall ever thinking Ohio State’s offenses were going to dominate anyone, but that our great defense and good enough offense would grind other teams into submission.
The fact that they can’t embrace who they are, and in fact doth protest too much against it, is one of the foundational pillars of their collective stupidity.

These clowns really need slapped back to reality. May their arrogance and hubris lead to their fall.
I’m sure if they’re not it will just be a mirage.RJ Moten disagrees with Jim Harbaugh's assertion that Michigan football will have a "no-star" defense this fall.
"We're all stars. Every person that will play this year is a star," Moten said Friday afternoon. "I don't care what the critics say; I don’t care what anybody else says. We will be the best defense in the nation."
This is setting up beautifully.https://247sports.com/college/michi...st-defense-in-college-football-191344092/Amp/

Appalachian StateUConn probably wouldn’t even finish .500 in the FCS. Hawaii is a train wreck after the Todd Graham stuff. They might as well be playing Youngstown State and Indiana State or whatever other regional FCS.
The initial thought was that his brother was giving him the dud from the Ravens staff. Turns out he was using Jimbo as a playpen to see if the guy had what it took to be a DC.....then he took him back. Even his brother treats him as a step ladder. One year ago, they were resigned to becoming a doormat and couldn't wait for the Harbrau to take his baseball glove and Woody Hayes costume elsewhere. Now, after one decent season by tOSU standards, they're roundly predicting utter dominance despite losing the two best players on their defense, the guys who literally made it functional and the coordinator that oversaw it. A guy lent to him by his brother to save his ass. They seem to have forgotten how thoroughly they got their arses stretched out by a UGA team with a good (not great) offense when they neutralized those two DEs. Truly remarkable. DFBIA, indeed.
Dad let's him drive the car in Sundays. He's a very good driver. The initial thought was that his brother was giving him the dud from the Ravens staff.
