Shocking. Just shocking. This should be fun to follow.

Breaking: Attorney representing Michigan State player alleges Michigan player ‘engaged with Spartan athletes with his helmet’ (yahoo.com)

According to attorney Dave Diamond, who is representing one of the MSU players who were suspended, it was a Michigan football player who first ‘engaged with Spartan athletes with his helmet and swinging a punch.’ The release also states that ‘the UM player started the altercation.’

This is what they get for not just moving on and letting the system work itself out. Instead they ran their mouths about how virtuous and how big of victims they are and begged for the most serious of charges for Sparty players. Now the truth will start to come out and paint them in a not so innocent light.

It's like they can't help themselves from behaving like insufferable assholes .....

I had this exact conversation at work with a Penn St fan. They don't know how to just shut the fuck up and let the unruly mob decide that Michigan State is the hooligan school, case closed. They had to stoke the flames. It's who they are.

Wait... you mean that the team that was celebrating on the field, except for 2 players in the tunnel... those 2 players chased the other team down the shared tunnel under the stadium to talk some shit? They weren't just there to study for Sunday School? They weren't trying to share recipes for lasagna with Michigan State players?

Release the surveillance footage! There has to be cameras in that tunnel, considering there are cameras every-f*cking-where anymore!

You will never see that footage.

Sparty is pushing back now. Izzo had some choice words. Sparty tried to do the right thing, take responsibility and take their lumps.

They, however, should have known better than to think that would be enough for tsun and Harbaugh who immediately tried to turn the dial to 11 up to and including publicly pressuring the authorities to bring serious criminal charges. Throw in the players who started the whole damned thing going after a payday, and Sparty has taken all they're going to take.
